CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"SUN, BEACH & PROTECT"
1. NAME AND OBJECTIVE OF THE CAMPAIGN
The promotional campaign called “SUN, BEACH & PROTECT” It is organized by Laboratories Biomont SA for promotional and advertising purposes, intended to encourage the purchase of products of the brand PROTEGGO and reward end consumers with international trips.
2. SCOPE AND VALIDITY

- Territorial scope: The entire territory of the Republic of Peru.
- Effective date: From 1 de October out of 2025 while supplies last Proteggo en all its presentations that contain the promotional booklets.
3. ORGANIZER
The campaign is organized and managed exclusively by Laboratories Biomont SA, hereinafter “the Organizer”.
4. PARTICIPANTS
Participation is open to all individuals over 18 years of age, with permanent residence in Peru, who purchase PROTEGGO brand products during the campaign period and accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Organizer's Privacy Policy, which will be posted on the Laboratorios Biomont SA website ( www.biomont.com.pe )
They will not be able to participate:
-
- Employees of Laboratorios Biomont SA, their relatives up to the third degree, nor people related to the production or execution of the campaign.
- Authorized distributors, veterinarians, pet shops or resellers.
- Any person who has been directly or indirectly involved in the design, execution or administration of this promotion.
5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

- The participant must purchase a PROTEGGO product in any of its presentations with the sticker indicating that they are participating in the campaign.
- When you purchase it, you will find a "Scratch and Win" card.
- If the card contains a winning message, the participant must follow the procedure detailed in the prize validation section.

- Proteggo M 200mg
- Proteggo M 400mg
- Proteggo M 560mg
- Proteggo 3M 112.5mg
- Proteggo 3M 250mg
- Proteggo 3M 500mg

6. PRIZES AND RESTRICTIONS
There will be 3 international prizes available for this campaign, consisting of trips for two to tourist destinations.
Awards:

- Brazil – Rio de Janeiro
- Nicaragua – San Andrés
- Dominican Republic – Punta Cana
Each prize includes:
-
- 2 economy class tickets on Latam Airlines.
- 4 days and 3 nights accommodation for two people.
- Breakfast included.
- Valid travel dates: from December 2025 to July 2026 (excluding restricted dates).
- The winner must book 60 days in advance and it will be subject to availability.
- In case the specified hotel is unavailable, one of a similar or higher category will be assigned.
- Transfers and services not explicitly mentioned are not included.
Date restrictions:
-
- Long weekends.
- Easter.
- Student break week: July 21 to August 17.
- High season: from December 20, 2025 to January 10, 2026 and from June 5 to July 25, 2026.
7. AVAILABLE STOCK
The “SUN, BEACH & PROTECT” campaign has a limited stock of participating products and “Scratch and Win” promotional cards.
The total stock available for this promotion is 120,000 units distributed among the different PROTEGGO presentations mentioned in section 5.
Once the stock of products with promotional cards is exhausted, the campaign will be considered automatically finished.
Biomont Laboratories SA is not obligated to replenish additional units or extend the promotional period once the available stock is exhausted.
8. WINNING TEXTS
Only those cards that contain exactly one of the following texts will be considered winners:

- “WE’RE GOING TO SAN ANDRÉS!”
- “YOU WON THE TRIP TO PUNTA CANA!”
- “YOU WIN THE TRIP TO RIO DE JANEIRO!”
Any other messages, including those such as “The Proteggo next door was,” “One more Proteggo and you’ll be all set,” “You already won with Proteggo, wanting to win the trip is greed,” or “The important thing is that we have our health,” will not be considered winning. Likewise, cards showing signs of alteration or deterioration that prevent verification of their authenticity will not be recognized as valid.
The winner must keep the entry form until the prize certificate is issued. Each person may only win one (1) prize.
9. WINNER VALIDATION
To claim the prize, the winner must send an email to: marketing@biomont.com.pe with the following data:
SUBJECT: PROTEGGO SCRATCH-OFF WINNER

- Complete names
- ID
- Phone
- Place and date of purchase
- Department, province and district
- Photo of the winning card
- Photo of the product box with the batch number visible.
Important:
The winner must keep the entry form until the prize certificate is issued. Each person may only win one (1) prize.
10. AWARD PRESENTATION
-
- Data validation will be carried out within a maximum of 7 business days.
- Once validated, the winner will be notified and the signing of the Winner's Certificate will be coordinated at the offices of Laboratorios Biomont SA, before a notary public.
- If the winner cannot appear on the agreed date, they may arrange a symbolic delivery and subsequent physical delivery of the prize.
11. AIR TICKETS

- Tickets will be processed exclusively via email to marketing@biomont.com.pe, with a minimum of 20 days' notice.
- Once issued, they cannot be modified.
- They include: handbag (45x35x25 cm) and hand luggage (10 kg, 55x35x25 cm).
- Subject to airline availability, which will be communicated to the winner in advance.
12 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided by the participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.
The participant expressly authorizes Laboratorios Biomont SA to store, process and use their data for promotional and commercial purposes.
13. USE OF WINNERS' IMAGES AND TESTIMONIALS
Participants who are winners of this campaign expressly, freely, irrevocably and indefinitely authorize Laboratorios Biomont SA to use their name, image, voice, photograph, video, and any other audiovisual material captured during or after the award ceremony, for promotional, advertising or dissemination purposes in physical or digital media, including, but not limited to, social networks, websites, graphic pieces and audiovisual materials.
This authorization does not generate any right to financial compensation from the Organizer.
14. FRAUD AND DISQUALIFICATION
Any attempt at fraud, misuse of the cards, or breach of the rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant, without the right to appeal.
15. ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY
Biomont Laboratories SA is not responsible for additional expenses, flight disruptions, travel cancellations, weather changes, documentation problems or force majeure.
The right is reserved to cancel or modify the campaign for external reasons, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, without prior notice.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in this campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
