Our history is a journey full of anecdotes and achievements that have forged the path of Biomont, from its beginnings to its projection as a multinational.
It all started in 1960, when engineer Jesús Pedraglio Mendoza founded our company on November 3 under the motto "Become a friend of a good friend." In its early years, Biomont, whose name comes from "BELmont BIOLOGICALS", was dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of biological products, such as soluble powders for poultry farming. This was just the beginning of a dream that quickly began to expand.
In 1972, Biomont took its first big step by exporting more than 100 million doses against Newcastle to Chile, thus opening the door to other markets in Latin America.
