TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promotion will be valid from 10/15/2025 to 12/15/2025, unless extended or modified by the organizer.

Veterinary clinics and pet shops may participate following the guidelines specified in these terms and conditions.
Participation is personal and non-transferable.

For purchases of PROTEGGO 3M and/or M in any of its presentations:

- Level 1: Purchases for: S/.800 → Reward: 1 scrub + 3 caps.
- Level 2: Purchases for: S/. 1,000 → Reward: 1 scrub + 2 teggos.
- Level 3: Purchases of S/. 1,200 → Reward: 1 scrub + 3 caps + 2 teggos.

For purchases of OPRURIX in any of its presentations:

- Level 1: Purchases for: S/.500 → Reward: 1 Cooler or 1 scrub.
- Level 2: Purchases of: S/. 800 → Prize: 1 JBL Speaker.

Participants may only choose one prize per level achieved; prizes are not cumulative across levels.
If the invoices have different products, only the amount of proteggo M and/or 3M, Oprurix will be considered.

Prizes are subject to stock availability and may be substituted with another of equal or greater value.
They are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Once delivered, Biomont Laboratories is not responsible for loss, damage or misuse of the prize.
The scrubs will be blue for Proteggo and white for Oprurix in the following sizes: “M” and “L”.
The prize will feature the Proteggo and/or Oprurix brand logo.
The prizes cannot be personalized with customer logos.

Participants must register their purchases by calling 950 024 759.
Once the information has been validated, the participant will be notified of their level achieved and the corresponding prize.
The awards ceremony will take place within a maximum period of:
- Lima: a maximum period of 48 hours.
- Province: within a maximum period of 5 days.

Cancelled, returned, or incomplete purchases are not eligible.
Biomont Laboratories SA reserves the right to disqualify participants in case of fraud, falsification of documents or non-compliance with the rules.
Purchases valid during the campaign period.
Invoices are cumulative.

Biomont Laboratories SA will not be responsible for accidents, damages or losses that may arise from the use of the prizes.
Participants agree that their participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Laboratorios Biomont SA may modify these Terms and Conditions partially or totally, as well as cancel or suspend the exchange center due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or order of the authority, promptly notifying the participants.

Participation in this promotion implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
