TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

 

I. ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXCHANGE

• The exchange is exclusively for veterinarians with CMVP who meet the established requirements.
• The veterinarian must purchase an amount of S/. 600.00 (including VAT) in any of the presentations of Proteggo M and/or 3M.
• Promotion valid nationwide from 01/05/2025 to 30/06/2025.
• Invoices are cumulative.
• If the invoices have different products, only the amount of proteggo M and/or 3M will be considered.

 

II. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• To participate in the exchange, you must follow these steps:

1. 1. Make purchases of S/.600 (six hundred soles), including VAT, in Proteggo 3M and M at any authorized distributor nationwide.
   2. Write and/or call “950 024 759” to register for the program during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM
   3. Send a photo of your payment receipt.
   4. The accumulation and registration of payment receipts are subject to validation and approval by the organizer.

 

III. ABOUT THE PRIZE

• The veterinarian will be able to exchange a veterinary jacket or 2 Teggos plush toys.
• The jackets will be available in sizes “M” and “L”.
• The prizes available for redemption will be subject to availability.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the prizes without prior notice.
• The prizes will be awarded within:
  • Lima: a maximum period of 2 business days.
  • Town \ Province: within a maximum of 5 business days.
• The amounts redeemed are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Purchases valid during the campaign period.
• The prize may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged for money, products or other items.
• The prize will feature the Proteggo brand logo.
• The prizes cannot be personalized with customer logos.
• Any attempt at fraud, manipulation of the system or breach of the terms will result in disqualification.
• Not valid for our direct customers (BIOMONT distributors).

 

V. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• Prize deliveries will only be scheduled twice. If delivery cannot be completed, the prize can be collected at the Biomont Laboratories offices.
• The responsibility of Laboratorios Biomont SA ends upon delivery of the awards.
• Any other matter not detailed in this document will be subject to evaluation and decision by Laboratorios Biomont SA
• Participation in the exchange program implies full knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this document.
• Biomont Laboratories SA reserves the right to modify, expand and/or clarify these terms and conditions.
