BIO-C is indicated for the treatment and prevention of vitamin C deficiency. It acts as a stress inhibitor and also participates in the formation and maintenance of collagen (the most abundant structural protein in skin and bones), promoting wound healing and callus formation in fractures. It prevents capillary bleeding, anemia, and defective bone formation. It participates in the transfer of iron to its reserve in bone marrow, liver, and spleen. As an antioxidant, it protects cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.

Bottles in 100 mL and 250 mL sizes.

Each 1 mL contains:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)……………….. 250 mg
Excipients csp ………………………………. 1mL

Slow intravenous, deep intramuscular or subcutaneous.

? Cattle and horses: 10 – 20 mL.
? Calves and foals: 5 mL.
? Sheep, goats and South American camelids: 5 mL.
? Swine: 7 mL.
Canines: 1-3 mL.
*Frequency according to the recommendations of the attending veterinarian.
