BIOMICINA 100 is indicated for the treatment, control, and prevention of systemic and local diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, mycoplasma, and rickettsiae (Anaplasma sp., Ehrlichia sp.) susceptible to oxytetracycline, which cause respiratory, digestive, urinary, and genital infections, as well as septicemia. Specific conditions include: listeriosis, clostridial infections, anaplasmosis, ehrlichiosis, hydropericarditis, infectious keratoconjunctivitis, enzootic abortion in sheep, infections associated with porcine respiratory disease complex, atrophic rhinitis, pneumonic pasteurellosis, mycoplasmosis, leptospirosis, erysipelas, flexor tendon contractures in foals, brucellosis, and retention of fetal membranes due to sepsis and toxemia.

Bottles of 50 mL, 100 mL, 250 mL and 500 mL.

Each 1 mL contains:

Oxytetracycline HCl …………………. 100mg
Excipients csp …………………… 1 mL

Deep intramuscular, slow intravenous or subcutaneous.

? Cattle, sheep, goats, South American camelids, horses and pigs: 0.5 – 1 mL /10 kg of body weight (equivalent to 5-10 mg /kg of body weight)
? Canines and felines: 1 mL /10 kg of bw (equivalent to 10 mg /kg of bw).
*Administer every 12 to 24 hours via IV or every 24 hours via IM or SC, for 3 to 5 consecutive days, as recommended by the attending Veterinarian.
